Our school librarians Bernice and Cristin have created a nice, bright, inclusive and welcoming space for children and staff. Classes visit the library regularly and children enjoy coming to the library either with their class or by themselves at lunchtime.
Opening Hours
Children will visit the library regularly with their class as part of the literacy programme. They are able to borrow books to share with you at home. A maximum of two books may be borrowed for up to two weeks at a time.
The library is open at lunchtimes after children have finished eating lunch. They can visit the library to borrow or return books, read books or magazines or play board games.
Library Monitors
Year 5 and 6 children can become library monitors. Library monitors do all the returning and issuing of books at lunchtimes and they can also help to find books.
